Love Loyalty and Rewards

irreprochable support, app, people, building our membership program on Love Loyalty with the team was an absolutely flawless experience and my standards are freaking high (read i'm needy). Jokes aside they totally crushed it, hyper responsive, we already made like 5000$ of membership sales within 30 days of going live. Absolutely recommend a strategy like thsi to everyone (except my competitors). Love you guys!

We are only two weeks into using it but migrated thousands of customers over from our last rewards company to here and it went smooth as silk. So far not one issue has arisen. The rewards works flawlessly, zero tech issues and customer support has been outstanding.

I have tested a few apps before and this one seems to be the easiest to set up. It has all features I need, the installation process is smooth, the customer service is prompt and patient. The pricing is reasonable.

I'm still in the process of setting up the app, but so far I'm really impressed. The interface is intuitive, and there are plenty of customization options to tailor the loyalty program to my brand. The support team is also very responsive and helpful, which makes the setup process much smoother.

Brilliant! I've switched from Smile as Love Loyalty provide many more features that Smile doesn't offer (or you had to have Shopify Plus). Very impressed how easy it was to setup, love all the features that are available. Best bit is going to be customers can add rewards straight into the basket and see their balance. No more guesswork for them. Customer service is incredible and super quick - Balint was amazing! Big thank you to them especially. Couldn't recommend more.

I just installed the app earlier this week, so far my experience has been great. It's pretty simple to set up and any questions I had were answered quickly. There are a lot of options and customizations you can make within the program. I like how the hero image will show your points and VIP tier when you're logged in.
