Good app overall. The interface is clear and the loyalty and rewards features are useful without being overly complicated. It does what I need and has been straightforward to work with so far.

I'm still in the free trial, testing phase, but this app has been really easy to set up. There's a lot of flexibility and it is very intuitive. Also, when I do have a question, I can easily chat with support. A real person answers me quickly!

Their service is great, very understanding and helpful. They took care of all the setup, we made the switch from another loyalty app and Balint helped us transfer all the customer information and communicated constantly letting us know how to proceed.
