LoyaltyLion Loyalty Program

I have to agree with other reviewers who describe LoyaltyLion’s billing practices as deceptive. I would also describe it as predatory.

We were customers for years and spent over $25,000 with them. Before our annual renewal, when I knew I'd be winding down our business soon, I told their Renewals Team I wanted to switch to a monthly subscription. I specifically asked them to confirm we would not be billed for a 12-month plan. They confirmed our billing would be monthly.

When I asked to cancel a few months later, they claimed we were actually on another annual contract... just billed monthly. Clearly, that's not what I meant when I asked to switch to a monthly subscription.

Even after I explained that our business was closing and provided our public closure announcement, they continued demanding payment and threatened debt collectors.

I don't expect companies to act with high morals, but such unethical behavior was shocking to see.

I've used many loyalty apps and solutions over the past 10 years. Loyalty Lion imo is becoming a leader in the space. Support is strong and pricing reasonable. They now integrate well with Shopify 2.0 pages as well.

We received an audit and follow up call from Duraan from LoyaltyLion. We have used the platform across the last number of years and wanted to ensure all of the capabilities were optimised. I’ve recently launched our loyalty program using LoyaltyLion and have had a really positive experience so far. The platform is easy to use and gives you plenty of flexibility to customise how customers earn and redeem points, while still keeping everything simple to manage on the backend.

The setup process was straightforward, and whenever I’ve had questions, the support team has been really helpful and responsive. I also love how seamlessly the program integrates with our Shopify store and allows us to create a loyalty experience that feels aligned with our brand.
