MG Request a Quote, Hide Price

Katy has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the setup process. She took the time to understand exactly what we were trying to accomplish, checked directly with the development team when needed, and made the entire process feel easy. Fantastic customer support and a great experience so far!

The team's response was very quick, they were able to customise my request in real time.

Thanks Ryan!

Ryan at Madgic was phenomenal! He went above and beyond to customize the app to meet all my needs. The app really handles all quote request needs perfectly.

I had very good experience with the app support team(Ryan), unlike the previous vendor app i used which lacks support this one i got quick response, hope your team will implement the feature i asked at the earliest.

Perfect, this is exactly what I want. The service is excellent. I had a special request, and the engineer made it work by adding a line of code. Really professional.

excellent tool! i tried a few free models and chose this one for my store

Excellent support! Support Agent -Ryan responded to my query almost immediately and had my issue completely resolved within 10 minutes. He was incredibly helpful, guided me through everything clearly, and even fixed the issue himself, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Fast, professional, and responsive support like this is hard to find. Highly recommend both the app and their support team!

Turned out that custom option details are NOT carried over on the product form. So I had to uninstall.

Katy has been a great help in getting the Request a Quote App setup on my Shopify Store. She explained in detail how I should be adding new products to the app. Thanks
