Katy has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the setup process. She took the time to understand exactly what we were trying to accomplish, checked directly with the development team when needed, and made the entire process feel easy. I had very good experience with the app support team(Ryan), unlike the previous vendor app i used which lacks support this one i got quick response, hope your team will implement the feature i asked at the earliest.

Turned out that custom option details are NOT carried over on the product form. So I had to uninstall.
