Katy has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the setup process. She took the time to understand exactly what we were trying to accomplish, checked directly with the development team when needed, and made the entire process feel easy. Perfect, this is exactly what I want. The service is excellent. I had a special request, and the engineer made it work by adding a line of code. Really professional.

Turned out that custom option details are NOT carried over on the product form. So I had to uninstall.
