Magical Custom Fields & Upload

So far such a cool app. The support team is also too good with replying. App works smooth

This is an amazing app with great customer service. This allows my customers to add their preferences to their orders.

We use this app for our flower farm clients, and it has genuinely changed how many custom orders we get. Customers find it easy to use, and we get all the details we need to fill each order correctly and keep everyone happy. The fields look beautiful and work perfectly. Jeff is quick to respond and clearly cares about getting things right for his customers. Highly recommend this app for any shop owner who needs custom order forms. :)

I would have been lost without this service. I needed small and large check boxes for ordering and this was the perfect solution. Also the customer support is phenomenal. Couldn't be happier.

Great app and excellent support

We use Magical Custom Fields on our Turkish Shopify store to let customers upload their own images and provide custom order details directly on the product page. This is very useful for our custom-made products and makes the ordering process much easier for both our customers and our team.
The app works well, is easy to set up, and the support team has been very helpful. I requested Turkish translations, and they quickly updated the app to support Turkish language fields. This was a great improvement for our store.
Thank you to Jeff and the Magical Apps team for the fast and friendly support. Highly recommended for stores that sell personalized or custom products.

great revenue

Fantastic service, i use the app to allow buyers to add their engraving details on shopify, the service i got was amazing,

Jeff and his team were excellent support when installing the personalisation field with the add-on price to our products. Jeff was incredibly helpful and was able to quickly manage my queries and seamlessly install the magical custom app. We highly recommend this app. 5 star quality app and Customer Service Support. Thank you!

I installed Magical Form Fields to test for a fairly specific use case involving multiple image uploads and a short video upload per order. The app itself is easy to set up, integrates well with Shopify products, and the core functionality for image/document uploads works smoothly.

However, there are a couple of limitations worth noting. Video file types such as .mp4 are not currently supported, which may be restrictive depending on your workflow. A workaround using external links (Drive/Dropbox) was suggested, but it’s not quite as seamless as native uploads.

One important behaviour merchants should be aware of:

files uploaded via the product page are stored in Shopify Content → Files even if the customer never completes checkout, and these files are not automatically cleaned up. While support mentioned they haven’t received abuse reports, this does mean there’s potential for file storage clutter or misuse if someone repeatedly uploads files without ordering.

That said, support was responsive, transparent, and helpful when answering my questions, which I appreciated. Overall, the app is solid for image/document-based workflows, but merchants with more advanced upload requirements or concerns around file storage handling security may want to test carefully first.

It is very easy to use. The customer support is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Thank you very much!
