Easy to use app and very quick and helpful response from customer support. Did exactly what we needed in allowing us to gather some extra information for one particular product.
I am so excited to use this app to give more personalization to my products. I was needing assistance with installation, and they were able to help and fix the issue within minutes. Thank you so much!!

100% super helpful.
There is no weekend support, solve it yourself if you have a problem - this app is trash.
sorry we missed you our in house real human team is available monday to friday and we're doing our best to expand that coverage to 24/7.
Whenever I need help someone always gets back to me in a timely manner. They have been able to understand exactly what my needs are. I would definitely recommend this app for anyone that might be as technically challenged as me.
