My promo codes would not sync from my Shopify store. I reached out to Lori at Mailchimp support and she walked me through exactly what needed to be done. Her instructions were easy to follow and I got the issue resolved in less than 5 minutes.

Been using Mailchimp for years and just integrated it with a new store. Had a few hiccups getting the popup form to display, but Troy from app integration support was an absolute legend and got everything fixed and working faster than I wake up in the morning. Top-notch support.

I'm still learning about the app as a new user, but so far pretty intuitive and easy to use app. Would love to have more flexibility and options with the email creation, but once I learn more maybe i will discover more features.

Also, I have received very good support and help from Cyrus whilst having an issue with Shopify connection.

A great app and a lot of useful documentation helped us keep our mailing audiences alive across a major change in our e-commerce platform. As well, had a pleasant experience while working with Mailchimps online support (thx Rhedd for helping me resolve a synch problem).

Mailchimp has been a great tool for our store and a successful marketing channel. We recently experienced an issue with data synchronization, but Nadz provided prompt and helpful assistance.

overall I think mailchimp is a good email platform. There are things that are missing that I assume they are working on such as phone number collecting in pop-up forms, and even ensuring real phone numbers and emails are submitted in a form before showing the discount code. Not a fan of the forms as of right now, but I do like how easy it is to build emails and set everything up. I am going to keep it for the free trial and see how it goes. I did work a lot with David who was SUPER helpful with getting things set up and answering my questions on the form stuff. Vey much appreciated his help!
