Mailchimp customer service - Dean, was super helpful to us recently in resolving a problem we experienced between Mailchimp and Shopify. He was very patient as he walked me through his recommendations in the process of trouble-shooting. Our problem was resolved and Dean followed up with me again after everything was resolved to confirm everything was working properly. Thank you Dean for your support!

Seph helped us with a couple of issues with the MailChimp integration, as well as how to set up the discount after the double opt-in message.
