Very fast and efficient help from Rhedd, I recommend the app
Could never get any help. Despite 2 "onboarding" calls (one of which I was told to call tech support for an emaill??? not!)
They charged me 4 times for 4 different things, despite repeated emails, uninstalling the app and deleting it.
NO ONE listened to the actual issue (which wasn't technical) and they won't delete the charges. So I'm notifying my Attorney General...
Maybe now you'll pay attention???????

Thank you so much for the fixing, Troy! Very fast, I‘m really happy with the support! Everything working now! Thanks again
Rhedd responded in quick time and advised on the solution to fix our problem (mapping shopify customer COUNTRY field to mailchimps audience COUNTRY field).
and with a lovely manner as well.

It works right out of the box as it should. A huge shout-out to David for helping me out!
I got help from RAFAEL about a Mailchimp issue and he was fantastic. I appreciate that he stuck with me as we navigated the issue and he was able to find the solution to the problem.
David was amazing. Really attentive and helped me sort out my problems effectively and efficiently. Thanks!
Great. Helped resolve my issue and was able to reconnect with me after I kept accidentally exiting our chat. Thank you.
