ShopSync makes it easy to sync my Shopify store to MailChimp. Switched to ShopSync after Shopify and MailChimp had a falling out. The ShopSync support team is always responsive to requests and a joy to work with.
Love it. This is an easy solution to sync customer information to Mailchimp. Special thanks to their caring support, who went the extra mile to help us with a temporary sync issue on our store. Highly recommended!

Works perfectly. I was immediately able to browse my products in Mailchimp and create an effective email campaign then see the revenue from Mailchimp's dashboard. It's no wonder this is the most popular email marketing app for Shopify!
I use this app to sync with Mailchimp and it works great. I haven't had any issues with it.
The app was easy to set up, and once I turned it on and did the initial setup I didn't have to do anything else.

Great support team always happy to answer all questions. It says what it says it will do however issues do arise if you have double opt-in on Mailchimp side. They have to work with Mailchimp and Shopify bugs so kudos to you guys for doing your best!
Hi, I created a new Shopify account and when Installing Mailchimp I tried to connect it to a new audience but it Synced to the old existing one. I want to separate customers from the old site and the new site.... Why did this happen? Thank you, Alain
Hi there, thank you for the feedback. We saw your review and it sounds like your issue may be related to a browser caching issue. We'd suggest clearing your cookies/cache, using an Incognito window or trying another browser entirely. Just used this app since Shopify no longer works with MailChimp and the transition was super easy and free. Shopify recommended some apps but, all of them costs. With a small store like mine, I couldn't see spending money on another app. Thanks ShopSync!
We used Shopsync to connect our Shopify site to Mailchimp. A few days later we found out that Welcome emails were sent to over half of our existing subscriber list - prompting some to opt out! This is confusing and embarassing. Not sure what went wrong.
Hi there, sorry for any hassle. We've actually confirmed the welcome email behavior is a bug on the Mailchimp end and they are working on a fix. Depending on when you installed the app, we attempt to make this very clear on the install screen prior to setting up ShopSync.
As a best practice, we recommend archiving any welcome email that is active in Mailchimp. You will be able to reactivate and fuse these back together after the sync is complete. Mailchimp has put an easy to follow migration guide together that you can follow for any other automations that are activated.

Followed the instructions and setup all went very smoothly.
Just 4 days in so far but it is syncing everything as promised.
This wonderful app has eased my anger toward Shopify but I have not forgotten the stress it caused.
