A great app and a lot of useful documentation helped us keep our mailing audiences alive across a major change in our e-commerce platform. As well, had a pleasant experience while working with Mailchimps online support (thx Rhedd for helping me resolve a synch problem).

Nadz was very quick to respond to me and provided very detailed instructions on how to get the app working properly. I truly appreciate ease of resolving a syncing issue with my store. Mailchimp itself is a great app. Take your time installing it and reading all the instructions, but even if you do come across any issues, support has been amazing.

I had very simple app integration that I didn't understand, Mary with the chat support made it very easy to figure out and helped me fix it in minutes with just a few clicks. Overall I am very impressed with the customer service and the was of use in the app both on mobile and the computer.
