Great customer Support. Jean was very helpful in explaining how to solve a technical issue I'd been trying to solve myself for months. On the whole, mailchimp has been essential in bringing in revenue for my business

SEPH was very kind and helpful. She explained the issue clearly and helped me understand the best way to set it up.

However, it is inconvenient that customer tags added in Mailchimp do not sync back to Shopify. Please take note of this for future improvement.

The AP itself is fine, but it's the support service that stands out. CYRUS was a great help directing me to where my issue was and offering help to sort it out and get everything working as we needed.
