Working the app was a little tricky as there were some integration issues, however Sean in support was brilliant - 5 full stars to him!

Mary was incredibly helpful in assisting me with our Shopify and Mailchimp integration. She guided me through the setup clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made the whole process much smoother. Really appreciate her support and professionalism.

Jean was exceptional helping me to get my old Mailchimp account back online with my Shopify site. Courteous, friendly and professional. More support personnel should use Jean as a role model. This is how you keep and attract new customers.

Just finished a support session via chat and email with Cyrus after discovering a weird technical issue on our website that prevented us from seeing the app embed switch. Cyrus summoned his developer and backend team to look at the issue. They found the problem, fixed it, and got us back on our feet with Mailchimp.
