Mailchimp: Email & SMS

David was great. Thanks for the help

David was exceptionally helpful today!

Dean did an excellent job helping us today regarding discount codes.

Dean was really helpful and took time to properly look into my issue. Saved me a lot of time and frustration! Great service.

Dean has been amazing on the support team! Super fast response time and he's helped me solve some bugs and problems we were having with syncing issues.

Dean was not able to solve my problem, because it's probably not actually a Mailchimp thing after all, but he was persistent in trying, even after I accidentally disconnected the chat twice!

Troy - listened well and sorted my problem.

Great, quick and knowledgable customer service. Have used MC for years without too many issues. Thanks!

David helped me resolve my issue immediately.

Happy about the prompt, friendly and solution oriented costumer service by LORI! :-)
