Mailchimp Email SMS Marketing

Ive been using the mailchimp integration for years now. Works great. And their customer service has been awesome.

Chatted with Seph today and they worked really hard to resolve my issue and were really polite, helpful and responsive.

I've used Mailchimp for over 10-years with no issue, until today. I was looking into fixing it myself when I received a Customer Support pop-up message from Rhedd, a real person! There's nothing worse than dealing with an AI bot.

Rhedd was very helpful, he sent screenshots so I knew exactly what he was talking about and he spoke directly with the developers on the MailChimp end. Very refreshing to get help from a real person who wasn't working off a script like some companies!

Jean was very helpful with all the questions I had! My issues were resolved and my questions were all answered.

though Lance couldn't find out the store mapping issue, he was patient enough to go through the possible steps and escalate to the technical team. hopefully the back-end team will be able to help :) thank you
