Marz was remarkably patient as he helped me create a new email flow and template - and integrate it into my Shopify website. I truly couldnt have done it without him!
David was amazing in guiding me step by step to resolve my issue. He's knowledgeable and very patient and his guidance is very clear so it made it very easy for me to navigate across the apps and platforms that I needed to work on.
LORI was good.
I had a brilliant experience with Jean this evening, who walked me through several problems I was having integrating MailChimp with Shopify and setting up various alerts and emails. She was very detailed and patient, as I don't really know what I'm doing. It's been the best experience I've had yet with virtual support. Thank you very much, Jean!
