I had Mary helping me to set up my connection and she walk me through it taking the time to answer all my questions and was very patient with me not knowing what to do she took her time and yes, I would love the customer service again thank you Mary and MailChimp. Karen

Amazing help

Been using Mailchimp for years and just integrated it with a new store. Had a few hiccups getting the popup form to display, but Troy from app integration support was an absolute legend and got everything fixed and working faster than I wake up in the morning. Top-notch support.

I'm still learning about the app as a new user, but so far pretty intuitive and easy to use app. Would love to have more flexibility and options with the email creation, but once I learn more maybe i will discover more features.

Also, I have received very good support and help from Cyrus whilst having an issue with Shopify connection.

A great app and a lot of useful documentation helped us keep our mailing audiences alive across a major change in our e-commerce platform. As well, had a pleasant experience while working with Mailchimps online support (thx Rhedd for helping me resolve a synch problem).
