Troy was very helpful, and I learned a few things about the pop-ups (which weren't happening, even though I thought they were in place) on my website.

I’m new to Mailchimp, and Lori was a tremendous help via chat. I accidentally disconnected a few times by clicking elsewhere, but each time I was able to reconnect with her. She patiently walked me through my challenges and addressed my pain points in a way that was easy to understand. I’m not very tech-savvy and tend to get overwhelmed, but Lori was incredibly patient, supportive, and reassuring throughout the process. Excellent customer service!
