Dean was not able to solve my problem, because it's probably not actually a Mailchimp thing after all, but he was persistent in trying, even after I accidentally disconnected the chat twice!

Lori helped me with a timing issue. I wanted to delay the start of the popup on my store. So far, so good. Seems to be working well at the moment.

And Mary also helped me another time with deleting a tag I could not remove on my own!!!
