Rhedd was excellent, troubleshooted and resolved my issues as well as helped with a bit of housekeeping!
Thanks again, Rhedd!
Great support - thank you Rhedd!
Very useful, and great customer service! Marlyn was super helpful and friendly. So nice to get help from a live person rather than AI responses or articles.
RAFF was great, helped us find the issue straight away. great support
Great support very responsive. NADZ was very helpful resolving my tag syncing issue and answering various other questions about the integration between Shopify and Mailchimp.
Been trouble with sync and integration from day one. The support at MailChimp havent done anything to solve our trouble, been in contact with them daily. Wasted enough time to get help from MailChimp. Stay away!!
Hi there, very sorry to hear about your experience. Our integration-specific experts have reached out to you directly to try and help. If you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to get in touch via mc-integrationsupport@intuit.com.
Thanks a lot for your help, Rafael (RAFF)! Problem was solved in no time :)
Excellent app for our growing store, and exceptional customer service and support from Sher to help work through a sync issue we were encountering. Customer service is a lost art these days, and Sher went over and above to deliver for us.
Geholpen door Juvy, veel geduld en alles netjes uitgezocht.
I had an issue with mailchimp connection but it was resolved quickly with Rafael's help. He was very helpful and patient in guiding how to solve it step-by-step. Really appreciate it!
