Mailchimp Email SMS Marketing

I had an excellent experience with the Mailchimp app support team through Shopify. David went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot a syncing error that had been causing issues. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the problem until we found a solution. His expertise and guidance made the entire process much less stressful.

What really stood out was that David also took the time to ask for my feedback and whether there were any updates or improvements I'd like to see in the app. That showed me the team genuinely cares about listening to customers and continuously improving the user experience.

When our chat was unexpectedly disconnected, Mary quickly stepped in and reconnected us so we could continue without missing a beat. I really appreciated the seamless support and teamwork.

I have been having issues with my integration with shopify and all of my automations stopped working. I received the most supportive assistance by the online support agent JEAN. They were beyond patient and very understanding that i am not a Mailchimp expert...Jean literally held my hand through this very tedious and difficult process. Jean also worked with the back end team to resolve the complicated issues i was experiencing to come to a resolution. The Best support experience i have had to date!
