LORI was good.
Customer support by Cyrus was very professional and helpful.
I had a brilliant experience with Jean this evening, who walked me through several problems I was having integrating MailChimp with Shopify and setting up various alerts and emails. She was very detailed and patient, as I don't really know what I'm doing. It's been the best experience I've had yet with virtual support. Thank you very much, Jean!
Nadz and Rhedd are very nice.
thanks to Rhedd for all the help
The AI customer service (Lori) is really useful
Thank you for using our app and glad to hear about the positive experience. We just wanted to clarify that Lori is a real human and not AI! Given the 5 star rating we'll take this as a compliment ;-).
TROY was extremely helpful
