paul was very helpful with my shopify integration problem
It has been a bit fiddly to get it going properly, but it is working really well
I had an issue with automation tags in Mailchimp, and Jean from the support team was incredibly helpful. He quickly identified the problem and guided me through the solution with clear instructions. Thanks to his support, everything is working perfectly now. Excellent service and a very professional experience!

Could never get any help. Despite 2 "onboarding" calls (one of which I was told to call tech support for an emaill??? not!)
They charged me 4 times for 4 different things, despite repeated emails, uninstalling the app and deleting it.
NO ONE listened to the actual issue (which wasn't technical) and they won't delete the charges. So I'm notifying my Attorney General...
Maybe now you'll pay attention???????
