I needed a quick bit of info on updating the Pop-up for my Shopify site so decided to try the CHAT. It worked great and Clairisse (sp) was a great help

DAVID was able to help me edit an automatic email and provided help with the amount of time before the pop-up appears on the website.

Reach out needing for assistance it with retriving current mailing list and to see how to upload. Rafael was able to get me the information needed quickly.
