We experienced a synchronization issue with new Shopify newsletter subscribers, but Cyrus was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He quickly investigated the issue, kept us informed at every step, triggered a backend resync, and made sure everything was working correctly.

I had an excellent experience with the Mailchimp app support team through Shopify. David went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot a syncing error that had been causing issues. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the problem until we found a solution. His expertise and guidance made the entire process much less stressful.

What really stood out was that David also took the time to ask for my feedback and whether there were any updates or improvements I'd like to see in the app. That showed me the team genuinely cares about listening to customers and continuously improving the user experience.

When our chat was unexpectedly disconnected, Mary quickly stepped in and reconnected us so we could continue without missing a beat. I really appreciated the seamless support and teamwork.
