Mailchimp Email SMS Marketing

I have been having issues with my integration with shopify and all of my automations stopped working. I received the most supportive assistance by the online support agent JEAN. They were beyond patient and very understanding that i am not a Mailchimp expert...Jean literally held my hand through this very tedious and difficult process. Jean also worked with the back end team to resolve the complicated issues i was experiencing to come to a resolution. The Best support experience i have had to date!

Seph did a great job on the integration.

Paul was friendly, responsive and helpful in reviewing a complex Shopify–Mailchimp syncing issue. He took the time to understand the problem, check specific customer records and escalate the investigation to the technical team, with a support ticket and email follow-up arranged. Appreciate his assistance and clear communication.

Juvy was incredibly patient and helpful. We got disconnected a few times over chat, and she reached out via email to follow up and make sure the problem was addressed. She responded quickly and with clear instructions for the troubleshooting and eventually helped solve the issue. She was very kind and friendly throughout this entire process, which helped with the frustration from different methods not working.

I had a wonderful experience with Marz! They were extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand my requirements, guided me step by step, and made sure all my questions were answered. I truly appreciate their dedication and willingness to help until everything was resolved. Excellent customer service! Thank you so much, Marz, for your outstanding support!

I had an excellent experience with the Mailchimp app support team through Shopify. David went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot a syncing error that had been causing issues. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the problem until we found a solution. His expertise and guidance made the entire process much less stressful.

What really stood out was that David also took the time to ask for my feedback and whether there were any updates or improvements I'd like to see in the app. That showed me the team genuinely cares about listening to customers and continuously improving the user experience.

When our chat was unexpectedly disconnected, Mary quickly stepped in and reconnected us so we could continue without missing a beat. I really appreciated the seamless support and teamwork.

Thank you, David and Mary, for the outstanding customer service. It's reassuring to know there's such a dedicated team behind the Mailchimp app that truly values its customers and is committed to making the experience even better.

This app is very clever and I'm sure its going to help generate incremantal revenue. Support was great (Sean) when I needed help.

Thank you, Jean, and thank you to Lance for helping us along the way. Much appreciated from Milano Hair Studio.
