Mailchimp Email SMS Marketing

Dean was super helpful and helped me understand how Mailchimp and Shopify need to sync in order for products to be visible on my campaign. Dean gave me everything I needed to proceed and find a solution for my issue. Thank You!

Troy was really helpful and verified

Marz was extremely helpful, we got separated several times and he always came back and made sure the issue was solved.

As usual Paul was helpful. However, this time round, he made it more challenging but I enjoyed the session as it helps me to figure out things on my own as well. Thanks Paul.

David from the Mailchimp support team was incredibly helpful!

Great app that delivers as promised. Joanne from support was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable—she made navigating Mailchimp easy.

Paul was very efficient, fast and helpful!

Nadz was very helpful and gave me important info:)

I was struggling with my store integration but Cyrus was super helpful even though my chat kept kicking me out. He would just log on again and helped me through the whole process and even with other settings. It's great to have proper support. Way to go Cyrus!

Cyrus was so helpful! I loved that the pop up chat box appeared automatically and help was given right away. Amazing customer service. Calm and kind and clear. I really felt like he went above and beyond to follow up via email with multiple potential full solutions after we were disconnected. Really the best customer service ever, Mailchimp is so good!!
