Mailchimp Email SMS Marketing

Jay Ann fue muy claro y rápido en sus respuestas. Me ayudó a validar la situación y a levantar un ticket para ser atendido por el equipo de desarrollo. Muy amable y muy rápido al contestar.

I've been using this product for a while, and during my latest store sync, I ran into some issues. Mary provided excellent support; she was very patient and helped me step-by-step to get everything connected again. Great job!

Works well. A few minor sync bugs, but otherwise excellent. J

And Jay Ann provides great support!

Mary helped me connect my shopify after I was spending hours trying to do it on my own. Thank you!!

Today I had to reach out to support regarding an issue. I must admit it was a pleasant experience. I was assigned Rhedd to help me guide through the steps. I was able to share my issue, get it raised in a ticket and got immediate support from the dev/technical teams all on a chat. Mailchimp is seriously raising bars for customer support.

I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Rhedd, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From the very first moment, he was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. He didn’t just “do his job” he truly cared about helping, making sure everything was clear, smooth, and handled with professionalism and ease.

Rhedd did a great job in helping me to find my second account! and Gave me great directions on how to solve the problem. Thankyou!

Customer support with Mailchimp is comprehensive and easy using their chat feature. I had an issue connecting my Shopify store and my assistant Marz was supremely helpful, walking me through every step of the process. Even when we got disconnected, by simply typing their name into the chat I was immediately reconnected and didn't have to explain my issue again to another agent. While it took some time, Marz stuck with me the whole time, and made the process less confusing. Won't hesitate to reach out for support in the future.

Mary was great and helped me alot with my questions!

Juvy was super helpful! Even offered to follow up with me over email for more assistance.
