If you have the opportunity to use it, it is better to waste it.
Good luck trying to cancel the subscription. They will charge ridiculously things when you try and won't let you until you pay.
We're sorry to hear about the experience and want to help where we can. We located your interaction with our Billing team and they followed up with more details regarding a refund. Please check your email for more information, and let us know if you have any further questions.
I finally can chat with customer service on a free plan regarding my mailchimp app for Shopify! It was about time you guys @ Mailchimp!
I got LORI and then SHER, they were both very knowledgeable and patient. Thank you so much!
Just what I needed and Clarisse was of great help for the last details :-)

David gave me an excellent support, he has been very kind too
Great experience!!! I'm not skilled at all with Apps, but Dean was very patient and guided me through this French version of my sign-up Form pop-up (and contacted me back when I accidentally left the chat!!)
I hope Dean will be my Mailchimp assistant if I need help again in the future.
Five stars are not enough.
Juvy was super fast and very helpful. All resolved in no time. Thank you so much.
