Today's support from Cyrus was fantastic. He was patient with me and walked me thru all the steps until everything was set. Great teamwork between both of us to get things organized. Wish I could get Cyrus everytime I am in need of help!

Nadz, was very quick to respond and gave me detailed instructions on how to fix my problem and continued to correspond to solve the issue. Thank you.

Great help from Rhedd. He helped clarify an issue I had.

Juvy was very helpful & walked me through my issues.

TROY hatte sehr viel Geduld mit mir und konnte mein Problem mit mir lösen, Vielen Dank dafür!

Great customer service experience -- even at 3:00AM! Thanks to Troy for stepping up and helping me work through some start-up issues.

Great integration. Ran into an issue with app embed, but RAFF from customer support helped me get it sorted quickly so that our email capture could run smoothly :)

Rhedd was very helpful with my concern about pausing my account. I feel as though I have paid into this account without using it, so I need to know how to pause it to learn more about how to use the app for my business. Rhedd assured me that I would not be charged until I restart my account. The representative's knowledge, patience, and kindness were very satisfactory and helpful.

Rhedd was excellent, troubleshooted and resolved my issues as well as helped with a bit of housekeeping!

Thanks again, Rhedd!

Great support - thank you Rhedd!
