This app provides very helpful service and the assisting agent, Mary, offers prompt and friendly responses. I'd definitely recommend.

I’m new to Mailchimp, and Lori was a tremendous help via chat. I accidentally disconnected a few times by clicking elsewhere, but each time I was able to reconnect with her. She patiently walked me through my challenges and addressed my pain points in a way that was easy to understand.
