Lori was very helpful and is taking my concern further to the app developers to see if they can resolve my issue as it was not possible to resolve it all in the online chat.
David - has been super helpful in getting our concern resolved and our business utilize Mailchimp SMS Marketing
They are removing free features one by one so I am removing the app. Look after people on the way up guys.
