Mailchimp Email SMS Marketing

I had an excellent experience with the Mailchimp app support team through Shopify. David went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot a syncing error that had been causing issues. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the problem until we found a solution. His expertise and guidance made the entire process much less stressful.

What really stood out was that David also took the time to ask for my feedback and whether there were any updates or improvements I'd like to see in the app. That showed me the team genuinely cares about listening to customers and continuously improving the user experience.

When our chat was unexpectedly disconnected, Mary quickly stepped in and reconnected us so we could continue without missing a beat. I really appreciated the seamless support and teamwork.

I've used Mailchimp for over 10-years with no issue, until today. I was looking into fixing it myself when I received a Customer Support pop-up message from Rhedd, a real person! There's nothing worse than dealing with an AI bot.

Rhedd was very helpful, he sent screenshots so I knew exactly what he was talking about and he spoke directly with the developers on the MailChimp end. Very refreshing to get help from a real person who wasn't working off a script like some companies!

Jean was very helpful with all the questions I had! My issues were resolved and my questions were all answered.

though Lance couldn't find out the store mapping issue, he was patient enough to go through the possible steps and escalate to the technical team. hopefully the back-end team will be able to help :) thank you
