Mailchimp Email SMS Marketing

Perfecto, Rafael resolvió mi problema

I appreciate JAY ANN for supporting me with my issues regarding the syncing to shopify. She exerted effort to find an answer and solve it.

We are still working through some issues with integration with my older Shopify website but the customer service has been exceptional from SEPH. Thanks so much to the Mailchimp support team.

Mary was very helpful with our Mailchimp / Shopify queries

I encountered some errors linking the app to my existing account and David was very helpful in getting everything working!

Great customer service! An issue that I had lots of difficulty with was solved easily with the help of the customer service representative Mary

Jay Ann fue muy claro y rápido en sus respuestas. Me ayudó a validar la situación y a levantar un ticket para ser atendido por el equipo de desarrollo. Muy amable y muy rápido al contestar.

I've been using this product for a while, and during my latest store sync, I ran into some issues. Mary provided excellent support; she was very patient and helped me step-by-step to get everything connected again. Great job!

Works well. A few minor sync bugs, but otherwise excellent. J

And Jay Ann provides great support!

Mary helped me connect my shopify after I was spending hours trying to do it on my own. Thank you!!
