Mailchimp Email SMS Marketing

App & store not syncing properly, despite manual resync. The biggest concern & issue is the absolute lack of response and customer service. I've tried several different methods of contacting mailchimp and have waited over several days. Worst customer service compared to other platforms I've used.

Nadz was super helpful and quick to help answer all my questions!!

Paul was reliable, friendly, patient and understanding. He made things very clear and double checked on my enquiry

My promo codes would not sync from my Shopify store. I reached out to Lori at Mailchimp support and she walked me through exactly what needed to be done. Her instructions were easy to follow and I got the issue resolved in less than 5 minutes.

Dean was extremely helpful and helped me resolve the issue very quickly.

Seph was very helpful and hanging in there for a long time, while we tried to resolve the issues we experienced. Very thankful

I got immediate support from Dean. He was attentive and very helpful and he ensured my problem was solved and that I was satisfied.
