We sell a high end items and usually can give a bit of a discount. This app made it easy and helped us make a lot of sales we would have not otherwise made. Love the new design!
Très bonne application qui me donne pleine satisfaction. Fonctionne très bien, permet souvent de concrétiser des ventes. En plus le support et plus que réactif !!
Merci encore.
Cyril
Very useful app. Recently start using it. Will need some additional features though such as linking the offer more directly with all the product info. But for the price, I cannot complain.
This app helps create a relationship with the online customer, it has definitely increased sales and gives us valuable information on where a customer perceives the value of the product should be.
Thanks for your kind words! appreciate the feedback.
Exceptional app and the owner is very responsive and helpful. The layout is phenomenal as well as the multitude of features. I will continue to keep this review updated, it is an incredible app. Thank you!
Update : Fixed, thanks make an offer. I can't download my offer, counter offer always error when buyer trying to use the offer link. No support at all. I will change this after developer respond to my email.
Hi! First of all, thanks a lot for your feedback and our sincere apologies for your experience, it is unacceptable that you did not receive the excellent service you deserve. It seems like we are having trouble getting in touch with you after sending through several follow up emails. We have rectified the issues and things should be working smoothly. We would love to hear back from you and discuss further on how we can help to further customize the app so it best fits your need.
Thanks!
Easy to use and set up, ideal for certain items we are trying to sell that we have had in stock a while, great for clearance items, we had a few offers within a day of setting it up. Hopefully there will be a lot more
Thank you for your kind review! Do not hesitate to reach out if you need any help or advice to get the most out of our app :)
What would an online yard sale be without some offers and haggling?!?! The app has been very helpful for our site. It works as expected and even sends a follow up email to accepted offers that haven’t completed the purchase.
App is working very good for us, just note that sometimes it won't send SMS to you for few days but it will work again as usual .. the 2% fees is little high specially when an item is not a low price item but overall it is a very good app.
Thankyou so much for your feedback - we are deep diving the SMS issue as we speak and will make sure its working reliably. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, i love it!
Excellent app, very easy to use and set up. I had an issue at the start, which ended up being a problem on my end, but they were so quick to reply and help me out. Highly recommend. It has already made me multiple sales in just a few days.
