Messaged support several times for support over days. They would read my messages but not respond. I do not recommend this app. I wish I could give a zero.
We understand how important timely responses are, and we’ve taken steps to ensure that all messages receive quicker follow-ups moving forward. Our team is always here to help, and we’d appreciate another opportunity to assist with any remaining issues or questions you may have.
Your feedback is valuable to us as we continue improving our service and support experience.
free plan is a lie. just shoves a plan down your throat
Thanks for your feedback.
We want to clarify that we do offer a Free Plan, but as noted in our listing, it is exclusively for Development Stores to help you test before launching
If you're working on a dev store and still ran into limitations, feel free to reach out, we’ll gladly take a look and help you get set up properly.
