After entering all the information, the badge lasted a week or two before it stopped showing. It was a leader to get you to upgrade plan…
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. With our free plan, the floating trustmark is displayed for up to 500 website visits each month. Once that limit is reached, the badge temporarily stops showing but will automatically resume displaying at the start of the next month.
We hope this helps clarify, and if you have any questions or need help reviewing your account, feel free to reach out to us at care@trustedsite.com. We're happy to help.
Still not seeing the trusted badge after a week. I have sent in all information over a week ago.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience. We’ve resolved the issue with your account, and the TrustedSite trustmark should now be displaying correctly. One of our team members has also reached out directly to ensure everything is working as expected.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us anytime at care@trustedsite.com. We’re here to help!
Overall the app has been ok but recently when I asked the TS team to disable the banner after I hit my monthly limit the banners started to disapper prematurely before i've hit my limits. I asked TS support to help so they just manually enabled my banners but haven't explained why the banners disappeared and how to prevent the issue.
For now I have to keep monitoring my site weekly if the banner has disappeared. I hope TS can do a deep dive and actually address the root cause because this has happened before as well.
6 years with TrustedSite now, because our customers tell us it gives them confidence that our site is a trusted site!
Too expensive and their free plan is a scam. You reach the maximum number of hits after a few days and then the badge won’t show anymore.
I decided to try this site to see if it would help me with sales. I am getting a few sales not as many as I expected. I am continuing to use the app because I think it helps people to trust my site. Db
Can't change the size or location, or color of the badge.
It covers some stuff from my site.
Also, cannot open the app.
Thank you for your review. We have taken your feedback into consideration and moving forward, we will be rolling out a change that allows merchants to adjust the location of the floating trustmark. One of our reps will be reaching out with more details on that change.
Excellent app for boosting customer confidence. Definitely recommend it for everybody !!! Very responsive to my emails. Good service. Thank you!!!
EDIT: After more than 2 years, I asked for their assistance with an issue only to realize that their Support Team is still top notch.
Also, I feel I should emphasize how important it is that they are continously adding more features. This is invaluable !!!
October2025 - 6 years into having a top tier TrustedSite Badge on my small micro business online store has been vital for visitors trust. Highly recommend using the TrustedSite App services.
October 2024 - TrustSite continues to be the #1 app for trust badges within my shop. Professional and trustworthy.
Reached out to TrustedSite to have dialog about option for niche store, received phone call with suggestions and also recommendation to add Trust badges that were included in package but not visible on site. Jay was totally helpful in accomplishing the set-up to take advantage of trust badge placement in critical checkout locations.
Having this on your store makes you feel confident Trust site. Thanks!
