The trusted site badge doesn't work, just adds a white banner instead. Not what I had in mind when I installed it, now let's hope it doesn't leave a lot of code behind when I delete it.

We have been using this app for the long time and we are very satisfied with support and features of MaAfee Secure.
We've been using this app since 2016 and recently we changed themes, so we needed some help from them to add the certifications...all done in 24 hours.

Having that logo on the screen, especially with the current date, makes customers feel much safer while shopping at my store. I have already noticed a 20% decrease in shopping cart abandonment.
For smaller stores, I could see this being a good start however after 500+ orders a month it gets expensive fast. For us, it would have been $399 a month which is not something we could afford.
We were concerned about ROI because this is not an inexpensive application. However, it more than pays for itself by boosting conversion, we have been over six figures monthly ever since adding this.
So glad to have this easy and free security app for my new Shopify store. Great way to make sure my customers feel safe when placing an order, especially when I am working to grow my business. Thanks McAfee!
Nice app. Easy to install and works well however they make it impossible to see what their pro pricing is before clicking the upgrade button. So i'm not going to upgrade to pro unless you make your pricing clear.
Jay was great in helping us add the trusted site trust marks on our website. The response was not always quick but that is expected to an extent given the different time zones we are operating in. We look forward to seeing whether the trust marks increase conversion.
