I used this app to help me build trust when a customer is buying online. They helped me set up the codes where I wanted them to appear on my site. Excellent customer care.
I think this is a scam app, it slows down the site, it tracks all customer info, after a year of using it I'm going to uninstall this today. how do I remove your app code?

I use this app to help my new customers know I am a legitimate business. Especially with all the scamming out there it’s important I am credited. Thank you for your services!
Great Assistance for final setup! I really think it makes the customer feel secure for online payments and navigation on our website! We will find it out very quickly...

The issues with customer service has been taken care of. The app is working as it is designed to. Customer Service and the Sales team seem to be on the same page as on 9-8-2015.
The trusted site badge doesn't work, just adds a white banner instead. Not what I had in mind when I installed it, now let's hope it doesn't leave a lot of code behind when I delete it.
Thank you for your review. I've forwarded your note to our support team. Someone should be reaching out to assist with this issue.
