TrustedSite ‑ Trust Badges

Jan. 26, 2022 - continued great service and functionality from this app and the TrustedSite team. July 10, 2021 - Continued great communication on questions and fast resolution on service requests. Thanks guys! April 7, 2021 - Always amazing service! Working through a theme update and received quick responses and resolution assisting with that integration. Thanks, guys!

Love the app. Does exactly what its supposed to do and simple set up. I am updating my review. As much as I like this app its only free for a specific amount of times it is shown. I have been updating my site and apparently every time I refresh it uses one mcafee view so I ran out. Maybe in the future I might want to pay for it but having to pay for every app makes the store really expensive.

Thank you so much. Everything looks great; the placements are perfectly placed. I didn’t see anything that needed changed. I really appreciate your above and beyond service. I will definitely will be recommending Jay for quick and professional help and TrustedSite. I believe that having a validated website that is secure is exactly what customers are looking for these days and TrustedSite is there to help you make that happen and give peace of mind to visitors who are browsing and to customers.

We recently installed McAfee SECURE Certification Pro. Our sale hasn't increased yet. So it is too fast to give 5 stars. If our sale increased steadily, we are going to change the 4 stars to 5 stars. We will see. Thank you!

Update - 6/OCT/2018

We gave 4 stars when we installed this app. We have been using this app for a few month now. Our sales have increased for sure. We still need to increase our sales with the help of this app. So we hope this app will help us more to expand our business! We give 5 stars because we are sure that McAfee Secure will help us more!
Thank you!

After doing lot of research, I recently downloaded the free version of Shopify trust which was already quite effective but then because of surge on additional visitors to my site madhafineart.com I decided to upgrade to the Pro version which also comes with additional McAfee certificate/badge. I got trusted site technical person to help me out putting the codes on my store. I thought I needed a shopify plus plan. But not really. You just simply need to contact the support team and they will do everything for you. They are super helpful. I bought the trusted site plan to get my site more secure checkout experience while providing my customers safety. Highly recommended !

I am updating my review, first time I met some issues, fortunately Stephanie called me and help me out, very helpful very knowlegible

I took the recommendation from the Shopify App Store and installed the TrustedSite App.
It is very easy to install and straightaway it logo shows on my website https://hedgedin.co.uk.
It will give more confidence to my shoppers.
Thank you, developer!

It says from $0.00 a month - but Shopify have slapped me with a $49.00 monthly charge - What the....!!

Been sending emails to you and no reply. I've been billed 3 separate times in a matter of 2 days. I need your help ASAP!

The application itself is pretty good, that’s why I am using it. However support is very bad. They do not respond for days. I tried email and phone, but could get in touch with no one.
