reports are incorrect. trustsite records over 100 views at times when there were only 20 site visits
We're sorry to hear about the discrepancy. We'd love to investigate further. Someone from our support team will be reaching out to you to assist.
It is a great way to show what is certified and where to improve.
Very easy to set up with No coding. Process was stressless, unlike most other trust sites.

Ceratinly adds a level of comfort for new and potential customers of online shopping.
Thanks so much for sharing! We're happy to hear TrustedSite is helping your customers feel more comfortable shopping on your site.
Beware of this company. In my experience, it appears they may be using automated bot traffic originating from Ashburn, Virginia that repeatedly logs in and out of websites, which can result in additional monthly charges regardless of the plan selected.
I believe this practice is misleading and unfair to customers. If others have experienced similar issues, I would be interested in hearing about your experiences and exploring potential legal options, including a possible class-action lawsuit.
Please share your experience if you have encountered the same problem.
We're sorry to hear about your frustration, and we're happy to investigate further. We've reached out to you directly to help resolve this concern.
For some clarity: our scanner does crawl your site for our security certification, but it identifies itself clearly as the TrustedSite crawler and is excluded from all of our visit tracking. You can rest assured it isn't adding to the traffic billed on your plan. Our crawler also never logs into any website, so the login activity you described would not be related to us.
Some malicious bots do disguise what they are, and on occasion, they can inflate traffic counts even with our advanced bot filtering in place. We're glad to review the traffic we've billed on your site, and we've already issued a refund for the charge while we look into it.
We'd welcome the opportunity to review the data with you directly and work toward a resolution.
Best,
The TrustedSite team
Too soon to tell. The app was installed about two weeks ago and thus far results are indeterminate. It may be a waste of money, or it may be beneficial and well worth the price. Remains to be seen.
Great service
