Keen it is fantastic! Very helpful. He fixed our issue in 1 min and now it works very well. Thank you!
Hukify and qikify are the same exact software, posing as two different companies and apps. Their product is absolutely useless and does not integrate with themes well at all. I don't know if anybody actually uses this
Hi there,
I'm so sorry you had a frustrating experience!
Our app is designed to work with most Shopify themes automatically, but some Shopify themes have unique code markup that may require some additional settings in the app to be configured.
Our support team is happy to help resolve these issues and has sent you an email to offer assistance. These issues can almost always be resolved in less than 10 mins.
Give our support team a chance to help -> you won't be disappointed 😊
Best Regards
Kien
I had a great experience with support from the attendant Hau when I needed to setup app, he was super helpful and provided a quick service. Great job, I definitely recommend this app
All I wanted was a drop-down menu that integrated with my existing theme. I'm delighted with this app, it does everything I want. Thank you.
