uge praise to the Malingo team. We went through a few other agent companies before finding them, and they were the only ones who delivered exactly what we were looking for. They built an good agent for us. The entire process was smooth and pleasant. Their customer service is incredibly supportive and highly available around the clock for any question. Exceptional service and top-tier results. thank you!

I received this email “If you've been happy with it and you'd recommend us to a fellow merchant we'd love for you to post a public review on the Shopify App Store -
and once it's live, we'll send you a 50$ Amazon Gift Card as a thank you” so I gave a review and received this email form the company “ First, I really appreciate the effort you put into writing the review - it means a lot to us.
Unfortunately, it looks like Shopify didn't approve it on their end and there's not much I can do about that :( Which also means I'm not able to send the gift card this time.
But what I can offer you is 3 months of free unlimited access to our agent for your store!
Would that work for you?” Like you get a i’m free trial app very easily. Why I would I want that when I was offered a gift card so now I’m updating response as I was not paid out with the gift card as promised just lied to for a review Run stay clear ( all reviews are fake and paid for )
As struggling owner, with a new store, I can relate to some quirks and unexpected compatibility issues. Often, If you give these new companies a chance they will surprise you. I am positive that Melingo is that kind of company.
This means a whole lot, thank you!! We know every store setup is different, so we're glad you gave it a real try and saw the potential. Here's to a smoother, smarter shopping experience for your customers from here on out!
I’ve had the app installed for a while now, and I’m impressed, it’s very simple to use, and has helped my business a lot!!

Good app for stores that want AI-powered help right on the site. might need adjustments to fit your product catalog, but once done it works nicely.
Thanks so much for the thoughtful feedback! 🙌 You’re spot on that a little catalog tuning can make a big difference, and once it's dialed in the agent really shines. Feel free to hit us up for more advanced stuff!
