MESA: Workflow Automation

The support that I had from Customer Success was second to none. Daniel was super supportive and extremely patient with me. I feel like he went over and above to help me through the setup with MESA. He was really great to work with and really responsive. Thank you Daniel!

After downloading the Mesa app, Jordin stayed online with me until everything was set up exactly the way I wanted. He even stayed over an hour past closing time to make sure everything was working perfectly.

MESA is the only reasonably priced integration and automation platform I've been able to find and this is NOT a "you get what you pay for" situation. Customer service is responsive and knowledgeable, and the majority of my issues have been resolved same day. A healthy amount of updates have been added since we have been a customer. We recently upgraded to the unlimited tier and are excited to take advantage of those additional features.

I'd like to see support hours expand to include regular Eastern Time working hours, but this has been only a slight inconvenience.

This automation saved hours of data entry work!!! The setup was a bit confusing for me even using the ai assistant BUT Abby S. from MESA jumped on the chat and saved the day! Amazing support and customer service. I was ready to give up and now I am never leaving! Thanks MESA and Abby!

Onboarding with this app has been a breeze. In this day of bots and AI, I worked with real people, on the phone with me. They checked in with me to be sure everything's running as it should. I have no qualms about reaching out if I need an adjustment. Or if I wanted to expand my use of the app. Highly recommend.

Mesa has become the hub for all things automation in our Shopify store. We have been able to utilize Mesa to connect, automate and transform many of our previously manual operations. This app completely changed my store. I have tried for months to use different programs to tag my products so my filters would work and I had no luck. I tried multiple apps, chatgpt, and other AI programs and it never worked. This app is great and tagged all my products to what I needed instantly. Customer service also answers quickly and will fix any issue you have fast A+++

This app is a Zapier Killer, especially when you include their amazing customer support. I'm so happy to be making the switch from zaps to workflows with Mesa. I can't wait to get our new system up and running with MESA. No more double/triple/quadruple runs based on the faulty connection between Shopify and Zapier, and there's so much flexibility in what we can do with MESA it's cutting down on what our google sheets and scripts have to accomplish.
