The service offered here is extremely poor. You spend weeks begging for a ticket to be attended to. They don't mind copying and pasting the same response "I don't know, I'll escalate"
Thee worst experience getting anything to work and the support people if they even exist, simply have no customer centric attitude.
I've been trying to connect to my shop for several days, but it’s still not working. The technical team hasn’t resolved the issue yet.
