Just downloaded the app using the free trial. I began to use the tutorial video to install the app, you are supposed to enable 2 Metastock apps on your theme. My theme only showed the one app. When I contacted support asking for guidance, they responded that they "didn't have time to build customization on the app" and they suggested I "uninstall the app before I got charged". Not sure how I was needing customization, I just don't think they wanted to assist me.
App is great when working, customer service needs major approving. App isn't currently working correctly and have been trying to contact them for over a week without any response, pretty poor form.
Hello,
I apologize for the communication issues. Were you using the contact form in the app to try and get ahold of us? If so, I want to look into it because we didn't see any tickets come in for your account. I apologize if it's too late, but if you'd like to email your issue to appsupport@newmediaretailer.com we'd be happy to help resolve any issues you might be having!
We appreciate your business and would love to make sure your shop is running smoothly!
Top-Notch! This app works perfect - even if you don't have a shopify 2.0 theme. Robert's fast expertise and knowledge with theme code editing did the trick. Not to mention, the privacy policy is up to our standards. Don't delay - download today!
Thank you so much for the review! We really enjoyed working with you on this project!
Excellent support. We are very happy with this app.
