Hello,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we would like to clarify a few points.
Our app is working as intended and does exactly what is described—it converts images to WebP format. We also responded to your query and tried to contact you via email, but unfortunately, we did not receive any response.
It’s disappointing to see a 1-star review without giving us the opportunity to assist you or resolve the issue. We are more than happy to help and address any concerns if you reach out to us.
We’re here to support you.
